Ear Trumpet Music dedicated to curating varied and exciting live music shows.

Feb 12, 2019

Ear Trumpet Music is an independent music curation and promotion company based in Bristol.

Formed in Jan 2016, it has been dedicated to curating music shows from some of the great touring artists  founding member,  John Blakeley has come in to contact with over the years.

From Folk legends such as Martin Carthy,  Americana acts such as Yola or Sierra Hull, to more indie folk such as Rozi Plain or Sam Brookes,  Ear Trumpet aims to showcase well established acts as well as up and coming artists at the best venues in the Bristol area. Whether the show is an intimate sit down experience at the Wardrobe Theatre or The Kingsdown Vaults or larger 500 capacity shows at Fiddlers you can be guaranteed world class music with immaculate sound and a relaxed atmosphere.

Boasting past artists such as Lau, Shooglenifty, Sheelanagig and  Rachel Newton to name but a few .. they carefully amalgamate the best local acts from across the music spectrum, unearthing new talent, as well as being the go to for touring artists nationwide and across the globe, weaving them into the wonderful cultural ecosystem Bristol already has to offer.
